This is not a definitive list of all the musicians, bands and artists in this area - as there are so many great musicians here in South East Queensland, Brisbane and surrounding coastal regions.​ I can recommend catching these artists and musicians live - you will not be disappointed. 

Congratulations to all the finalists in the 14th annual Queensland Music Awards and those musicians I am following or have seen live especially Sahara Beck, JUNO, Jem Cassar-Daley, Sycco, Thelma Plum, Hope D, Ayla, Asha Jefferies, Sunny Luwe, Lottie McLeod, Lily Grace and Full Flower Moon Band. Hopefully I will get out and about to see the other bands and musicians. The winners will be announced at  The Fortitude Music Hall on Tuesday 25 March 2025.

Queensland Music Award Winners for 2025 are: Highest selling album was Amy Shark with 'Sunday Sadness', Full Flower Moon Band, Denvah, Lottie McLeod, Asha Jefferies, JUNO, Mallrat, Sycco and Jem Cassar-Daley.
